(with prizes) this is what halo used to have, you refered to people needing points to play halo if you dont gain anything from playing, youre not competing for anything, which a lot of people dont really like - solution was the 3TL when there were enough people to play if there are prizes in a tournament setting (?) i guess is what would happen, i would be all for it, otherwise you would need a POINT system in order to determine who gets the prizes right? hpt when active -> points -> prizes -> happy/competition

There was never a ''lower skill level league'' when I started playing halo. We created iclan as a scrim team and scrimmed and scrimmed ( like what people do now ) until we decided we actually wanted to play competitively, to get better / actually play good people. We used to get stomped all the time by these teams because we had no idea what we were doing, but we still continued to play which eventually leads to people getting better. The problem is people now, don't like losing over and over and theirs also other reasons but I don't care anymore so w/e. Let halo die .
